📦 Order Processing Time

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place the order. Additionally, we will provide you with the tracking information within 48 hours of your order being shipped out.

All our products are handmade and personalized, and the order processing time is 5-7 working days. 

🕒Order processing time refers to the time required to prepare the product production, packaging and shipment after the order is placed. Usually this takes 5-7 working days, and some special products with complex production processes may take longer.

It will be hard to change or cancel your order once it’s in processing, but we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request.

*Change/Cancel Order Time

1. For orders shipped within 24 hours after purchase and not yet shipped, we support full refunds

2. For orders that have already been shipped, we do not support order cancellations. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or local logistics delays.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on the data collected from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.

Free Standard shipping on orders over $65‼‼

2.Expess shipping 

Order amount 0-39.99$----From 11.99$

Order amount 40-218.99$----From 7.95$

Free Expess shipping  on orders over $219‼ ‼

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. This email will contain a unique tracking number for your parcel. And you can track your order using the provided link for the full details.

Please note that it may take a few days after the order has been shipped before the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system. If the tracking information of your parcel is not yet available at this time, please check it later.

Note for taxes

Generally, there are no additional taxes for your order, as every country has a tax-exempt threshold for normal personal shopping.

However, it may vary depending on the customs regulations of your country. So if you are asked to pay taxes or duties, please don’t be disappointed or angry. Just try contacting your customs office, and we will always be here to assist you.
